- check all fluids
- tested horn and steering wheel circuit threw clock spring getting horn power and signal for steering wheel controls to clock spring but nothing threw clock spring, vehicle needs clock spring
- remove and replace clock spring
- tested alternator and battery, alternator charging at 14.1, tested battery and battery failed test with 30% capacity, battery shows to be 5 years old
